Last week, I attended the inauguration event of this amazing fitness lounge located at Prime Tower, Business Bay, Dubai. It is the A-Tone Fitness Lounge.
The event was attended by Media and Socialites from the region. We were given a complete tour of what the fitness center offers.
This place is a center of calmness and rejuvenation, and offers yoga practices such as Bodhi and Aerial yoga, Yoga for Kids, Ashtanga and Power Yoga among others as one of its three fitness regimes. A-Tone opened its doors with a plethora of trainers operating in three state-of-the-art studios to target the needs of every trainee for a holistic lifestyle transition.

A-Tone launches its concepts of Body Image Pilates, a Bollywood celebrity fitness secret, by Yasmin Karachiwala and Cross-cuit, an innovative spin on holistic training by Anjali Chandiramani.

Yasmin and Anjali have now come together to introduce Yasmin’s technique in the region through A-Tone.
