Launch of Max Factor Acadamy in Dubai
Last month, June 2013, Max Factor, the make-up of make-up artists, had launched the new Max Factor Make-up Academy in partnership with Attitude Enterprises at Attitude Studios in Al Quoz, Dubai.
As the first of its kind in the region, the Academy puts make-up artistry in your hands, providing you with a highly professional training program so you can finally create your very own glamour statements! Indeed, the Academy aims to teach cosmetic fanatics and aspiring make-up artists an array of techniques and product application methods.
The official opening ceremony of the Academy saw strong attendance by a slew of special guests and was held in the presence of Max Factor Regional Make-up Artist, Samira Olfat, who is the founder and creator of the Academy courses.
By launching the Max Factor Make-up Academy, the brand is recognizing the needs of women in the Middle East, and in particular UAE, who want to improve their skills by learning from the very best. The institution’s highly professional training program also caters to women looking to pursue a professional career in make-up artistry.
The Max Factor Make-up Academy allows women to fine-tune their make-up skills through three courses:
- A full-day course geared towards women looking to achieve a flawless make-up look best suited to their face features;
- A Four-week course that takes place on weekends (Fridays and Saturdays) and caters to aspiring make-up professionals;
- An intensive professional course, lasting two weeks. The Courses are on Sundays, Tuedays and Thursdays.

The students will be able to participate in professional photo shoots and video shoots, conducted in Attitude Studio on regular basis, in order to obtain real life experience on how to apply their acquired skills.
