Graff Diamonds, represented exclusively in Dubai by Damas Jewellery, held a media and VIP event hosted by Francois Graff to celebrate its newly renovated store at the Dubai Mall during Autumn 2013.

Graff Diamonds refurbished its signature store in Burj Al Arab in Dubai earlier this year.

Commenting on the popularity of Graff Diamonds in Dubai, Francois Graff, Chief Executive Officer at Graff Diamonds, said: “We have an extremely loyal client base across the Middle East.  Our clients in the Middle East are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to fine jewellery, particularly statement and investment jewels, which align perfectly with the Graff brand.

Upon entering the stores, a rich colour palette of ebony furniture, intricate bronze detailing and highly decorative Bohemia crystal chandeliers will provide the perfect environment for displaying the most fabulous jewels in the world.

A design characteristic of Graff stores globally, each store exterior features a highly artistic façade, comprising an open grille, punctuated by the distinctive Graff Icon motif.

When Laurence Graff OBE first established Graff Diamonds in 1960 he travelled extensively across the Middle East.

During a trip to Kuwait, Mr Graff was introduced to a new client who was a sheikh, after acquiring a ring from Graff Diamonds; Mr Graff was invited to his palace for dinner. This was the start of Graff Diamonds’ presence in the Middle East.

Created by Graff’s in-house design team, based on a contemporary concept by interior architect Peter Marino, each Graff store in Dubai  will draw inspiration from timeless Middle Eastern motifs.

Graff’s first Middle Eastern store opened within the Dubai Mall in February 2009, followed in February 2012 by a store within the Burj Al Arab Hotel.

There are over 35 Graff stores globally located across the Middle East, UK and Europe, North America, Africa and Asia.
