Hello Everyone 🙂

Today I would like to share with you my experience, attending the first Bloggers Workshop, hosted by Bloggerang in Dubai.

The workshop took place on 27th July 2016, at the (24 hours open) Denny’s ME, located in Sheikh Zayed Road, opposite Time Square Mall, Dubai. It was a well organized and interactive event which was attended by Dubai’s well-known socialites and bloggers.

I was invited by Fatima, who is a fellow blogger and a dear friend.

The workshop was  emphasized on bringing the blogging community of Dubai together and sharing tips and hacks to grow engagement on Snapchat and Instagram.

Themed around Denim and Dungarees, the workshop included “cool, laid-back” drinks and delicious food. Denny’s servers variety of dishes and the best part is, not only does their food taste yum, but the overall food presentation is irresistible.

Annie, from Bloggerang shared with us all the tips and tricks of customer engagement and networking from the social world. Infact, I was so inspired by her talks that, I started my snapchat account (handle ‘UAEBlogger’) that very moment and posted my 1st image from the workshop itself.

Bloggerang’s objective is to build a strong bloggers’ community not only by organizing engaging networking events, but also by promoting education and “getting things done”.

During the event, bloggers who were not on Snapchat, immediately signed up with the help of their peers.

The eve ended with lots of fun photos, boomberang videos, vlogs and goodie bags sponsored by Tish Tash, a leading PR agency in Dubai.

Bloggerang’s promise is to continue on bringing these engaging events to the community.

They are holding workshops, brand collaborations and networking events in California thus they are very excited to bring this amazing, laid-back concept in the UAE.
